How to Design Package Which Sells

A package is a foot soldier sent out to destroy your enemies and capture the attention of the fickle consumer where victory is measured in sales. No sales, no victory. And to get those sales you're going to need some serious weaponry.

Then how?

Yes, that's the question. To make it survive, your package should be:
  • unique,
  • easy to read,
  • different, and
  • match consumer expectations.
In this case, I picked Brem Bali as the object.
Not all of us known, that the package design of Brem Bali is similar with wine. Although Brem Bali is containing alcohol or rum, but eh it makes nothing special.
If someday, Brem Bali was dropped into a rack in a store, consumer should pay close attention to the drink rack, to so that he can find what he needs.
But if you make it different design than your competitor, it will be easily to grab.

Just take a look, what I have done, with the design below.

How to Design an Eye-catching Nutrition Panel Pack

Did you have ever notice the nutritional facts label?
If you picked out a package of food in your kitchen, you will see all of them always input the nutritional facts label. The nutrition facts label is an easy tool for making quick, informed food choices that contribute to a healthy diet.  However, it's not understandable as it could be. And with all the various health-related claims plastered on the packaging, their maybe too much nutritional info --some of it makes me confuse.

Modify Circle By Using Path In Illustrator CS5

A few hours ago, I want to join a Freelancer Logo Contest, but I have a trouble with my drawing basic skill. I forget how to cut, split, weld, join, merge, seperate, combine, crop, and trim some objects. I was looking for a match tutorial. Unfortunatelly, there was only tutorial about how to create a basic shape. I almost waste my time, then I remember that if I delete a path, it will remove the line between. Look at the picture below to guide you.

For example, I need to create some spaces on the yellow circle, without create a new object then select the two objects to do trim. I created a circle and coloured the line. Then hold  the Pen Tool on the Toolbar until I saw some Pen Tool option. Select  Add Anchor Point to add some anchor points at the yellow circle like the picture below.
